On-Campus Recruiting On-campus recruiting allows you to take a close look at a number of enthusiastic new graduates in an organized, yet informal, manner. You will have access to quiet interview rooms, preplanned interview schedules, and student resumes. You may review interested registrants in advance to prescreen those who will be interviewed. The Career Center staff can assist you in making all arrangements including publicizing your recruiting visit and arranging luncheons with key faculty. You can schedule your On-Campus Recruiting visit by logging into BroncoJobs and choosing On-Campus Recruiting (OCR) on the top navigation bar.
