Information for the Boise Law School
Fair Participants
General
The Boise Law School Fair will be held in the Boise State University, Student
Union Building, Grand Ballroom on November 18th from 2:00 pm – 5:30 p.m.

a map of the Student Union Building (the
Grand Ballroom is located on the
2nd floor).
Early Set-up
You may set up in the Grand Ballroom the day of the event beginning at
NOON.
Day
of
Event Parking
Parking will be located in the Lincoln Parking Garage. You will
receive an email 1 week before the fair with parking instructions and
maps.

Refreshments
Coffee, tea, juice, and water will be available throughout the day.

Shipping Materials for the Fair
If you would like to ship materials out before the fair please ship them

Copy
Central
A copy center is available on the
first
floor of the Student Union Building for any copying or faxing you may
need to do.
Restrooms/Telephone
Restrooms and telephones are located just outside of the entrance to the
Grand Ballroom.

State Bookstore
The Bookstore is located on the
first
floor of the Student Union Building if you need miscellaneous supplies
you may have left behind.
Ballroom
Walls
Please use only art putty to hang materials on painted surfaces; use
velcro on cloth walls.
Refunds
If you cannot come to the Law School Fair as planned, please write to us
or call before October 20th and your fee will be refunded. After that date, no refunds will be given.
