Practice Interview Questionnaire for Admissions
to Academic Programs or Graduate/Professional Programs

The purpose of this questionnaire is to enable us to better prepare your interview to meet your needs. Submit the web form below and submit your resume by email to career@boisestate.edu noting in the message that your resume is to be used for a practice interview (specify date of interview scheduled).
