Information for Representatives
General
The event will be held in the Boise State University, Student
Union Building, Jordan Ballroom from 2:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. The fee
is $75.00 per booth ($125 after October 1st), which includes refreshments and a 6’ x 3’ table with tablecloth/skirting and chairs.
You may also view a
campus map directing you to the Student Union and
a map of the Student Union Building (the Jordan Ballroom is located on the
2nd floor).
Early Set-up
You may come to the Student Union Jordan Ballroom the day of the event
beginning at Noon to bring/set up your displays early and avoid the unloading congestion
that tends to occur right before the event.

Advertising
The Career Center will advertise this event; however, if you wish to
purchase additional advertising through the student newspaper, please
contact the Arbiter.

Tips
for Creating a Successful Booth
Refreshments
Coffee, tea, juice, water, fruit and breads will be available
throughout the afternoon in the Jordan Ballroom.
Shipping Materials After the Fair
Please contact the Bronco Express mailing service, which is located on the
first floor of the Student Union, (208) 426-3031.
Copy
Central
A copy center is available on the first
floor of the Student Union Building for any copying or faxing you may
need to do.
Boise
State Bookstore
The Bookstore is on the first
floor of the Student Union Building if you need miscellaneous supplies
you may have left behind.
Ballroom
Walls
Please use only art putty to hang materials on painted surfaces; use
velcro on cloth walls.
Refunds
If you cannot come to the event as planned, please contact us before
October 10, and your fee will be refunded. After that date, no refunds will be given.
