Education Reference File Forms The web forms listed on this page - http://career.boisestate.edu/EducationReferenceFileForms.htm - are needed for you to establish a reference file with the Career Center. Please complete these forms* and return the "Reference List," the "Declaration of Option/Release," and the "Registration" forms to the Career Center. At that time, please request the "Reference/Evaluation" forms that you can provide to those individuals who have observed you in your student-teaching or teaching experience. The Education Packet will provide you with information about starting a reference file and the job-search process. Additional resources are also found on the Career Center's website: Education Application Procedures. The American Association for Employment
in Education publishes a Job Search Handbook for Educators,
which is also an excellent resource for you in your job search. You
can obtain a copy of this handbook from the Career Center.
