Career/Job Fair Information for
Organizations
General
The Career/Job Fair will be held in the Boise State University, Student
Union Building, Jordan Ballroom from 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Your registration fee includes refreshments throughout the
day, lunch and a 6’ x 3’ table with tablecloth/skirting and chairs.

2nd floor).
Early Set-up
You may come to the Student Union Jordan Ballroom the day before (Tuesday,
September 30th) from 4:00 - 6:00
to bring/set up your displays early and avoid the unloading congestion
that tends to occur the morning of the fair. The Jordan Ballroom will be
secured at 6 p.m. If you are
not able to set up the day before the fair, the Ballroom will open at 7:30
a.m. for set-up on the day of the fair.

Tips
for a Successful Booth
Greeting
Our staff will greet you at both the
west
and east entrances of the Student Union Building.
There is an elevator just inside both of these entrances.
Refreshments
Coffee, tea, juice, water, and sweet rolls/breads will be available
throughout the day in the
Boyington Room.
Lunch
Lunch will be provided for up to 3 Career/Job Fair participants at the Table
Rock Cafe located on the
second
floor of the Student Union.
Shipping Materials After the Fair
If you need to ship any materials after the fair is over please have all
of your paperwork with you and completed. Please let a Career Center
Staff member know about your shipment. We can then contact our
Central Receiving Office to pick it up for shipping.
Copy
Central
A copy center is available on the
first
floor of the Student Union Building for any copying or faxing you may
need to do.
Restrooms/Telephone
Restrooms and telephones are located just outside of the entrance to the
Jordan Ballroom.
Boise
State Bookstore
The Bookstore is located on the
first
floor of the Student Union Building if you need miscellaneous supplies
you may have left behind.
Ballroom
Walls
Please use only art putty to hang materials on painted surfaces; use
velcro on cloth walls.
Refunds
If you cannot come to the Career/Job Fair as planned, please write to us
or call before February 6th and your fee will be refunded. After that date, no refunds will be given.
