Vickie Coale I joined the fabulous Career Center team in July 2007. As Associate Director for Employment Services, I have the privilege of assisting students in obtaining quality employment opportunities. I do this through developing relationships with employers to market Boise State students and alumni, serving as a liaison to academic departments to provide specialized programs and major-specific industry information to students, and coaching students on career decision making, internships, and job search. For the four years prior to joining the Career Center, I coordinated the Job Education and Training program for Boise State’s Learning Center for Adult Basic Education. I also have ten years of human resources management and marketing experience as well as several years in training and development. My Master’s degree is in Adult and Organizational Learning with a Human Resource Development emphasis and my Bachelor’s degree is in Communications.
